Mattinson Partnership has been instructed by one of the UK's most respected multi-disciplinary consultancies to source an Assistant or Graduate Building Surveyor to be based in their Hampshire office. They are looking for someone to join their building surveying team and help put them achieve MRICS status.

The Consultancy

Our client specialise within the Residential, Commercial & Industrial sectors but have increased their workload by adding other sectors as well as revenues to their already successful business. A large size consultancy with several building surveying offices across the country is recruiting for the next APC building Surveyor.

THE APC Building Surveyor

You will be given a fantastic opportunity to work across all areas of Building Surveying including Dilapidations, Design and Contract Administration with a value of up to £2m, Specification Writing and general building surveys, commercial refurbishment projects, Preparation of specifications and drawings, Building Regulation applications & Conversion work. This is an all-round building surveying opportunity set up to give you maximum exposure in order to obtain MRICS status.

You will be given full support in obtaining your APC and have regular meetings with your appropriate APC doctor. They boast a 90% pass ratio and have one of the best APC structures around.

The Projects

Projects can range from £100,000 to £50 million in value, working on a range of commercial projects for their private sector clients. No two projects are the same here and you will have a full team of experienced building surveyors to help assist you with some complex and compelling projects.

Urban Land Institute.

In partnership with Urban Land Institute we are able to play an imperative role in creating a larger and more diverse pool of candidates within the planning & property professions. Working in schools we take part in the Urban Plan Educational workshops programme, which has now reached more than 2,500 pupils in 100 schools since its launch. Alongside more than 200 industry volunteers engaged across the country, we provide invaluable industry & careers advice to students while guiding them through their workshops and helping judge their presentations.



Carbon Footprint.

Carbon FootprintTM works to help organisations offset their CO2 through tree planting and community projects worldwide.
