Our client is a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices across the UK. They are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & CDM Advisor to support their Head of Health & Safety in developing HS/CDM across the business. You will lead on major projects for a range of clients across commercial, hotel, retail, media, blue-light services and high-rise residential. Current work includes a major London regeneration project, a 65 storey residential block and a major hotel refurbishment.

We provide advice to the construction of; commercial, regeneration, new-build, media, healthcare, education sectors. This is a client-facing role, so we are looking for someone with excellent people skills, with the ability to deliver professional CDM services.

The ideal candidate will be a member of IOSH and be a Certified Member of the APS (CMaPs) and have extensive experience in delivering CDM projects in a client facing consultancy role. Salary for the role is between £50,000 and £60,000 and the successful CDM professional will be offered the opportunity for training and development.
