We are working with a global consultancy looking to appoint a Principal CDM Consultant to join a growing Construction Safety team who can successfully deliver projects for blue-chip clients within the commercial, retail and banking sectors in London. You will have the opportunity to deliver high profile schemes working closely with prominent clients who invest in and develop retail and commercial properties. You will carry out the role of a CDM Consultant working as part of a wider UK team, focused on projects in the south of England.

  • Ideally you will have a NEBOSH Diploma part 1 or NEBOSH Construction Certificate as well as Incorporated or Certified Membership of the APS (IMaPs/CMaPs).
  • A positive and dynamic person with experience of working in a consulting organisation providing a range of H&S/ CDM Services.
  • Experience and an understanding of engineering and construction managements and methodologies associated with construction works on Commercial and Retail developments.
  • Experience of successfully managing and bidding for CDM projects in excess of £10m involving multi- disciplinary design teams.

You will have the opportunity to progress quickly in this role, and will be in a position to line manage more junior staff. This company offers further options for training and development, with a comprehensive package alongside a competitive salary.
