Join a specialist Building Consultancy as the Head of an established Construction Health and Safety team delivering large frameworks for a range of public and private sector clients. If you are qualified and experienced construction biased Health and Safety specialist who has worked as a Head of Health and Safety or a Health & Safety Director then this position could be an ideal fit for you

You will be responsible for leading a group of consultants in various sectors and H&S disciplines providing advice to established clients within property and construction, with a heavy bias on delivering CDM services at this time. As Head of Health, Safety & CDM you will be responsible for the commercial management and progression of the business, whilst leading a proactive and established team across multiple offices

As Head of Health, Safety & CDM you will possess full understanding of H&S Management systems in line with OSHAS 18001 (ISO 45001) as well as extensive experience delivering CDM 2015 and other pertinent H&S legislation for clients. You will need demonstrable experience of previous team management. Having led a CDM Consultancy team as a Director or an experienced Associate Director would be advantageous.

Urban Land Institute.

In partnership with Urban Land Institute we are able to play an imperative role in creating a larger and more diverse pool of candidates within the planning & property professions. Working in schools we take part in the Urban Plan Educational workshops programme, which has now reached more than 2,500 pupils in 100 schools since its launch. Alongside more than 200 industry volunteers engaged across the country, we provide invaluable industry & careers advice to students while guiding them through their workshops and helping judge their presentations.
