Synopsis

A rapidly expanding sustainability consultancy with an impressive reputation in the market, are looking to appoint a Business Development Director with a background in Health and Wellbeing in the workplace.

About you

You will be a commercially astute business development professional with an excellent track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities. By necessity you will have a background in Health and Wellbeing in the workplace, most likely with a strong existing network to draw upon.

About the role and the business:

You will be working as part of multidisciplinary sustainability team, leading on the business development for the health and wellbeing business unit. The consultancy provide state of the art software and consultancy services, designed in conjunction with industry leading academics. They offer a flexible and modern approach to working and already have an enviable portfolio of clients.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in business development
  • Target orientated, a track record of meeting and exceeding commercial target
  • Demonstrable experience in the Health & Wellbeing market most likely with a strong existing network
  • Experience managing full sales cycle
  • Experience taking responsibility for the sales pipeline
  • Experience profiling and market mapping
