On appointment, you will be working with a dedicated account manager who will be your single point of contact. Your account manager will ensure compliance at every stage of the process and they are supported by a researcher and account director.
We have a very close knit team and team meetings are held every morning where the progress of your vacancy and candidates are discussed.
We have a stringent internal review process that takes place with each consultant on a monthly basis. This process reviews each vacancy being serviced against a set of KPIs and ensures all consultants have as high candidate: interview ratios and interview: placement ratios as possible.
