A growing independent consultancy are looking to appoint a Sustainability Consultant to join their London office, working across a diverse project portfolio. This role would suit a candidate with a background delivering BREEAM who is now looking to step up into a more diverse role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in the growth and developing of the sustainability desk, leading on projects as well as supporting junior members of the team.

Role & Company:


You will be leading on the delivery of sustainability assessment projects such as BREEAM, as well as sustainability statements, health impact assessments and waste & recycling strategies. The candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build strong relationships with clients.

You will be joining a growing, London-based independent sustainability consultancy specialising in sustainable and low carbon advice. Although currently a young company, our client is looking to double in size within the next 5 years, to become a leading provider of sustainability consultancy services.

Qualifications & Experience:

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong holistic understanding of sustainability across the built environment
  • Experience carrying out sustainability assessments
  • Strong understanding of BREEAM, ideally a with a BREEAM AP qualification
  • Experience undertaking sustainability statements
  • Commercially minded, comfortable developing and nurturing new and existing client relationships
  • Comfortable mentoring junior members of staff

London Wildlife Trust.

Urban Land Institute.

In partnership with Urban Land Institute we are able to play an imperative role in creating a larger and more diverse pool of candidates within the planning & property professions. Working in schools we take part in the Urban Plan Educational workshops programme, which has now reached more than 2,500 pupils in 100 schools since its launch. Alongside more than 200 industry volunteers engaged across the country, we provide invaluable industry & careers advice to students while guiding them through their workshops and helping judge their presentations.

Carbon Footprint.
