Our client is an award winning and highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy providing a range of engineering services and solutions across a variety of sectors. The business has grown steadily and with a strong order book of projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior / Principal Infrastructure Engineer to complement their team in Cardiff. You will be joining a team of talented professionals who pride themselves on the quality of their designs and offer an enjoyable, supportive and collaborative approach.

The role would suit a motivated and professional engineer with the talent and drive to play an influential role in the business with excellent promotion prospects for ambitious individuals. You are likely to have 5 years + experience as a civil engineer, with previous experience of working on infrastructure led schemes. Working closely with the structural engineering teams, you will be comfortable managing your own projects with a strong collaborative approach.

Skills profile;

  • Strong knowledge of drainage and highways design.
  • Experience of microdrainage, CIVILS 3D and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of building and CDM regulations
  • Project management, including budget control and client liaison
  • Ideally professionally qualified or progressing towards Chartership

Urban Land Institute.

In partnership with Urban Land Institute we are able to play an imperative role in creating a larger and more diverse pool of candidates within the planning & property professions. Working in schools we take part in the Urban Plan Educational workshops programme, which has now reached more than 2,500 pupils in 100 schools since its launch. Alongside more than 200 industry volunteers engaged across the country, we provide invaluable industry & careers advice to students while guiding them through their workshops and helping judge their presentations.
