Principal Infrastructure Engineer - LONDON and BRISTOL

Our client is a highly respect mid sized engineering consultancy operating from a network of offices in the UK. Due to continued work load and a healthy pipeline of opportunities, they are looking to expand the team with two Principal Civil Infrastructure Engineers.

This would suit a senior consultant looking for a step up or a Principal Engineer looking for fast track promotion.

As a principal consultant you will be responsible for the delivery of and interesting and varied work across infrastructure, highways and drainage design, both in the UK and Internationally.

You will work closely with their clients to deliver work on time and to budget and provide a key support to the internal teams and Directors. You can expect plenty of responsibility and autonomy and the chance to develop your leadership skills as you support junior members of the infrastructure team.

To be considered for the role,

* You will likely be a Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartered Status

* Have a detailed knowledge of Civils 3d, WINDES, AUTOCAD with a good understanding of DMRB.

* Proven experience of drainage design, highway alignment, earthworks.

* Experience in gaining consents, notably S278, S38, S104 etc would also be advantageous.

Urban Land Institute.

In partnership with Urban Land Institute we are able to play an imperative role in creating a larger and more diverse pool of candidates within the planning & property professions. Working in schools we take part in the Urban Plan Educational workshops programme, which has now reached more than 2,500 pupils in 100 schools since its launch. Alongside more than 200 industry volunteers engaged across the country, we provide invaluable industry & careers advice to students while guiding them through their workshops and helping judge their presentations.
