Senior / Associate Civil Engineer - London & fully flexible working

Joining as a Senior or Associate Civil Engineer you can expect a generous salary range of £45 - 60,000 commensurate on experience together with excellent benefits. You will be working on some major projects for high profile organisations, offering innovation consulting in the infrastructure and construction sectors UK and internationally.

You will be joining a team of experts with backgrounds in sustainability, structural and civil engineering, environmental engineering, construction, digital technology and innovation delivery.

Due to their continues success and expanding portfolio, they are looking for a civil engineer with a specialism in water engineering and a wider interest in sustainable infrastructure design including energy, utilities and environmental design.

To be considered, you will likely have a professional qualification and membership of a relevant body, together with In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: construction/contracting, engineering design, environment and sustainability, innovation management and delivery

  • Proficient in AutoCAD/ Civil 3d (Roadworks, drainage and earthworks)
  • Basic knowledge of Revit would be desirable.

You would be responsible for:

  • Defining briefs, developing strategies and undertaking feasibility studies in response to client needs.
  • Developing concept designs,
  • Producing technical design information including reports, calculations, drawings and specifications,
  • Managing more junior team members and taking the responsibility as technical lead on projects,
  • Representing the company at client and design team meetings.

Urban Land Institute.

In partnership with Urban Land Institute we are able to play an imperative role in creating a larger and more diverse pool of candidates within the planning & property professions. Working in schools we take part in the Urban Plan Educational workshops programme, which has now reached more than 2,500 pupils in 100 schools since its launch. Alongside more than 200 industry volunteers engaged across the country, we provide invaluable industry & careers advice to students while guiding them through their workshops and helping judge their presentations.
