My Client is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and property consultants, specialising in the London property market, who have built up an enviable reputation of providing both professional, commercial and management advice, to occupiers and owners across Central London.

They pride themselves on giving clients Partner-level contact on all instructions. They are looking for an associate to work in a tight-knit team working closely with the Partner meaning fantastic exposure.

The role is in the West End office agency department dealing with both acquisitions and disposals, the majority of work is for tenants rather than landlords. Based in the Mayfair office. I'm looking for a recently qualified graduate although will consider a graduate about to qualify or surveyor ready to be made an Associate.

You must be proactive and hit the ground running. If needed, my client will provide support to ensure APC is secured, they have a good track record of getting graduates through!

Ideally I'm looking for someone with West End agency experience although will consider general agency experience but of most importance is someone proactive with the ability to get on with it with a minimum of supervision. The successful candidate will step into a hands on role from the outset.
