Mattinson Partnership is one of the UK's leading recruiters for environment, planning, transport, energy, and sustainability roles. Now in our 14th successful year, we have grown to become one of the most highly respected recruitment consultancies providing services across the UK and globally. We have built our reputation by delivering unrivalled levels of service and try to make the challenging process of recruiting staff as enjoyable as possible. We offer one of the most generous uncapped commission plans and incentives with a comprehensive training and fast track management opportunities for ambitious individuals.

The Role:

Our specialist sectors mean as a Recruitment Consultant you will be working on exciting permanent or temporary assignments within environment, planning or energy. We can offer you a warm desk and an excellent network of clients and candidates to help develop your specialist sector. Given our team’s flat structure, there is a clear career path and we encourage all our consultants to aspire to having a junior team member reporting into them, providing invaluable research and administrative support.

About you:

We do not believe in micro management and like consultants to be entrepreneurial and autonomous whilst working within a supportive team environment. We are interested in talking to individuals who can demonstrate motivation, ambition and a flair for business development with a proven track record in a previous recruitment or sales role.

We expect high standards but provide excellent training and a supportive working environment. The key qualities we look for are the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail. In addition, you will have a strong work ethic and be target driven and self-motivated. An interest in our specialist sectors would also be a distinct advantage.

Your hard work will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary and a very generous uncapped commission plan. You’ll also reap regular rewards from our monthly competitions and team incentives.

If you are attracted by the prospect of working with a leading specialist recruiter with a more grown up approach, uncapped earning potential and a fast track career - then get in touch to find out more.
