POSITION: Senior Facade Engineer

SALARY: £35k - £40k
LOCATION: Central London

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Facade Engineer to join their specialist London Facade team working on a wide variety of international projects.

Potential candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

• Chartered status or working towards Chartership
• Ability to manage the design and construction stages of a project.
• Excellent knowledge of facade systems and construction techniques, procurement routes and risk assessment.
• Fully understand facade design philosophy/design criteria.
• Demonstrate all round technical knowledge including: structural analysis, thermal analysis, facade systems, facade materials, facade performances, specification, testing, manufacture and site.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering concept designs, detailed designs and tender documents.
• Experience of carrying out contractor reviews, off site and on site testing and site reviews.
• Knowledge of delivery of CAD and 3D working.
