Introduction
Traffic and transportation is high on the political agenda. Socially, economically and environmentally it impacts all our lives. As a result, there is much demand for Traffic Engineers and Transport Planners to implement transportation policy and projects.
The skills required by traffic and transport professionals are numerous and wide ranging. They include transport policy formulation, marketing & communications, scheme design and economic appraisal.
However, finding graduates that already possess the full range of these skills is unusual. This means that employers tend to look for graduates who have a strong interest in transport but who do not necessarily have planning or engineering degrees. Increasingly, Geography, Science, Maths and Economics graduates have been popular with public and private sector employers. Graduates from these areas are being attracted into the transport industry by the rewarding, varied and interesting career paths on offer.
Graduate Team
Our Graduate Team is made up of ex-transport professionals who have first hand experience of working in the transport industry. We are highly skilled at providing advice and assistance to graduates in securing that initial break, and our graduate clients are carefully guided through the complete application process.
