REC code of Professional Practice

We have been members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation since we started. (Membership number 63383) As the industry’s professional body, their role is to ensure high standards of service by its members, as well as acting as the industry’s professional body who represent the interests of recruitment companies. The REC sets out 10 ‘guiding principals’ to which agencies must adhere to and the code is binding on all members.

These principals provide the platform for our day to day operations as a professional recruitment company and play a key role in the training of staff.
