Job Summary:

Post Contract Administration of an NEC3 Option C Target Cost Contract

Responsibilities:

Provide day to day contract support to the Project Manager (PM) - responsibilities to include:
Ensuring that the PM complies with stipulated contractual timescales
Ensuring that the PM complies with contractual obligations
Reviewing all incoming correspondence and advising PM and drafting all outgoing correspondence
Advising the PM on all commercial implications including determining and evaluating compensation events
Managing the contractual risk management process including attending and recording all early warning and risk reduction meetings
Maintaining full and up to date registers of all contractual correspondence
Ensuring that change control is up to date and in accordance with governance

Qualifications / Experience:

Preferably RICS qualified with experience in the following:
NEC Contract Edition 3
Railway Signalling
Working within a clients offices
