Advertising:For specific vacancies, we offer advice on advertising campaigns with creative and exciting 'copy' positioned in the right media for maximum impact. As the first point of contact for a vacancy, our role is to pre-screen the prospective candidates, compile a short list and meet these individuals as a precursor to a formal interview.

Executive Search: For senior appointments, we approach the market directly using our targeted network of contacts and proven search methodology. Working in consultation with you, we map out the target market and potential individuals. We then create a 'long list' of candidates and make contact for an initial discussion and any expression of interest. From this, we produce a short list of interested parties and arrange face to face meetings to assess suitability for the role.

A final shortlist is then presented and if necessary, work with you to reduce this list further and then arrange formal interviews. Once this interview process has started, we continue to liaise with clients and candidates toensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Assuming the interview process has been a success, we then assist with the offer and acceptance.

In order to measure the effectiveness of our campaign, we provide weekly information on the number of people we have approached and including feedback from the market. We typically charge a 'retained fee' but would be happy to discuss a specific campaign.

Managed Services: If a large amount of time is being spent trying to recruit staff including the processing of CV's and dealing with lots of agencies, then a managed service may provide an effective solution. We can tailor a service with dedicated on site personnel who would pre-screen and test any applicants. This would filter the candidates to ensure you only interviewed the most suitable
