




Sustainable Consultant – Energy
Central London Salary £25 – 32k
Our client, a small but expanding consultancy based in London has gained a reputation for innovation and excellence and has developed their own integrated approach to sustainability and sustainable buildings. Projects are delivered with passion, enthusiasm and a team approach that adds real value for their clients. Services include; design advice, energy modeling, BREEAM compliant energy strategies, Part L compliance, EPC & code for sustainable homes.
They are looking to appoint a sustainability consultant with a focus on energy and specifically, energy modeling to play a key role within the team. The energy team are trained to provide a range of services related to site specific modeling of thermal performance, daylight calculations and feasibility studies for low/zero carbon energy sources.
We are ideally looking for individuals who can bring both energy modelling experience ( SAP / SBEM) and BREEAM, however, our client has indicated that energy modeling skills are of most interest.
To be considered for this post you should have proven experience delivering sustainable building solution and have experience in energy modelling (SAP / SBEM).
Excellent client facing skills and passion for sustainability are a prerequisite.
