- Always meeting with candidates before any client interview. Where possible, candidates are also met before CV’s are sent. If this is not possible, the client will be informed and given the opportunity to raise any queries, which are covered off and reported back before the formal interview.
- We always provide detailed information on key skills, reasons for leaving, career aspirations and salary expectations, when submitting candidates.
- We do not send candidates by volume but instead take a targeted approach and work hard to ensure a 'good fit'.
